Performance Camp – Aug 28 – Sept 1st 2023 (U14-U15)

High-Performance Camps are an opportunity to develop skills and attributes in all areas of the game in a high-intensity setting. We are creating a competitive environment using advanced drills and patterns, with the ultimate goal of increasing the level of performance at the individual stage. Our plan is to train and to teach skills in the first half of the day, then apply our learnings in the second half in a game-type scenario.
