Mitch’s Story
Mitch Doell is the current head coach and founder here at Mitch’s soccer. Having played the game as a successful student his whole life, in 2016 Mitch decided to use his experience as a successful footballer to show kids like him how to love and excel at the game such as he did. With the combination of his entrepreneurial side and his love for the game, he created the program known as Mitch’s Soccer. This is where he is now able to coach and guide players to becoming the best versions of themselves through a soccer ball.
After two years of building the organization known as mitch’s soccer, Mitch was diagnosed with a severe disease known as crohns in June 2018, this put him in and out of the hospital for a year and a half and incapable of running his business. Along this journey Mitch found support from all different directions, but never felt more comfortable then when he was able to step back out onto the field.
Once Mitch recovered from this severe disease he released Mitch’s Soccer 2.0, this was done to reinvent the business as a non-profit organization. He also made it his goal to make each kid feel as welcome on the field as they did to him during his illness.
In the new mitch’s soccer 2.0, he now travels around to different schools to speak about promoting mental fortitude and spreading his experience to hopefully help each individual that he coaches

After this experience I became desperate to beat my Crohn’s. My business partner, Dan forced me to stop doing any work and focus solely on my health. I started tracking everything in my body & mind journal like it was my job. My research and self knowledge kicked into overdrive and I swallowed some hard pills. For me, this was the single most important tool in beating Crohn’s and my depression.
After my 2nd hospital release I started a strict elimination diet of my “safe foods” which consisted of beef, eggs, fish, chicken, some veggies, salt & water.
