Part Time Communications & Media Team Member
September-March 2023 (Potential for contract renewal)
10-15hrs per week (Hours are Flexible)
$16-$25/hour (Experience dependent)
Responsibilities
– Video sorting game and training footage before or 48hrs after filmed.
– Answer all communication channels inclulding
– Staff Scheduling
– Training Program Scheduling using Google Calendar
– Add all sessions to google calendar and keep google calendar accurate once changes happen
– Help plan & posts for all soc platforms media with media team (IG, FB & Tic Tock)
– Various media and tasks as assigned by Mitch & Directors
– Help plan short & long term social media strategy focusing on growth of certain sectors of business.
Software & Programs
Experience in the following software and programs is not required but desired;
– Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides
– WordPress
– Adobe Software
– Canva
– Windows
– Apple IOS on iphone & ipad

Part Time Lead Technical Coach
September-March 2023 (Potential for contract renewal)
10-15hrs per week evening and weekends
$16-$25/hour (Experience dependent)
Responsibilities
– Short & long term technical planning with technical leads and board of directors
– Attend coach training ran by Mitch on assigned dates.
– Coach PD Day Camps, Holiday Camp, 1on1, Group and Match Day session.
– Help plan & coach the NXT GEN Program (U5-U12)
– Practice and seasoning planning
